Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, opened or used vials cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a proven quality or fulfillment issue.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and product/vials

  • Description of the issue (e.g., broken vial, wrong product, missing item)

Once verified, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the affected item(s)

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund to the original payment method

We may not be able to assist with claims submitted after the stated notification window.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:
